[caption id="attachment_1778" align="alignleft" width="204"] Future Barn Rat[/caption] I was recently criticized for using the term "Barn Rat" I called myself (and others) barn rats in a blog post about about the woman who taught me to ride. I didn't come from money, in fact I grew up rather poor. I got a job when it wasn't even legal for me to work in order to buy a horse of my own. The barn rat route was what was available to me to learn everything I could about horses and maybe earn more ride time. Jump Jive And Wail

[caption id="attachment_1749" align="alignleft" width="200"] Standing on the trailer! Hanging out![/caption] Jezebels first show was a great day. She loaded easy, she stood on the trailer for part of the day, she tied at the trailer for the rest. She ground tied by the end of the day with Kaitlyn working with her and only screamed out for her pony friend ( who was also competing) for 3/4 of the day. She really wants to be a show pony and was excited to be there and though she was pretty interested in all the happenings she didn't lose her mind and really enjoyed herself out on her first show adventure She did a great dressage test with a score of 31.9 and jumped clear on the show jumping round.
